BOT Engineering is committed to providing a high quality, professional and efficient services which are mechanical installation, electrical installation, telecommunications, marking and coding, electrical safety audit, maintenance and service level agreement to ensure the satisfaction of all the requirements of our clients.

This achievement will result in securing efficiency, a strong customer satisfaction and enhancement of long-term sustainability and profitability within the Organisation.

The Management Team shows leadership and commitment, and bears the responsibility for establishing, implementing, integrating and maintaining the Quality Management System. In achieving this, sufficient resources are made available within the Organisation. The Quality System will be monitored, measured, evaluated and enhanced regularly under the Top Management’s ultimate responsibility, with regular reporting and communication of the status and effectiveness at all levels.

BOT quality program is developed to ensure customer satisfaction by providing quality services. We will perform all activities in a manner which meets or exceeds the expectations of our customers.

The quality system described herein is mandatory for all activities performed at BOT to assure service conformance to the applicable requirements. The standard operating procedures shall describe how our Quality management system is designed to ensure that all contractual and regulatory requirements are recognized, and that control of these requirements is adequately maintained.
